Product FAQs

Yes. NESTOUT Power Banks can be carried on board, as its capacity is below the airline limit of 160Wh (43,243mAh). Please
note that some airlines may have their own specific regulations.

To estimate the number of charges, use the following formula:

(Total capacity of the power bank × 0.59) ÷ Device battery capacity

For example:

  • A 5,000mAh power bank can charge a device with a 1,800mAh battery about 1.6 times.
  • A 10,000mAh power bank can charge the same device about 3.2 times, or a 3,561mAh device about 1.6 times.
  • A 15,000mAh power bank can charge a 1,800mAh device about 4.9 times, or a 3,561mAh device about 2.5 times.

(Actual results may vary depending on factors such as cable loss, charging efficiency, and device condition.)

Some energy is lost during use due to voltage conversion (from 3.6V to 5V) and internal heat generation, resulting in about 30–45% capacity reduction. This is an industry-standard specification for all power banks.

For example:

  • A 5,000mAh power bank usually delivers around 2,750 – 3,500mAh (3.6V).
  • A 10,000mAh power bank usually delivers around 5,500 – 7,000mAh (3.6V).
  • A 15,000mAh power bank usually delivers around 8,250 – 10,500mAh (3.6V).

(Actual output may vary slightly depending on temperature, cable quality, and device conditions.)

NESTOUT batteries are compatible with any device that charges via USB, including smartphones, tablets, cameras, GPS units, action cams, Bluetooth speakers, LED lights, and more. They’re designed to support a wide range of gear for camping, travel, and emergency use.
